there is delay in service and the staff are not coustomer friendly rude and arrogant tocoustomers , my ayman is very rude and arrogant staff there and when visiting the branch and not cooperative .

My waiting time was 1 & half hours. It's really really slow. There are lot of customers but only 2 or 3 customer service counters are available which is not enough. I was surprised that I was in Dubai⁩ or not.

Very bad and very slow service, 1 customer desk to support business accounts
Waiting more than 1 hour plus i wait more than 15 minutes to take token number

Only few staff working for products and services..2-3 desks empty anytime. If you can wait lot of time only..
