the person banking advisor by the name Haitham is just creating issues and complicates the matter. i think the branch manager need to look into this type of things.
if the branch can’t provide customer service to there own customers whats the purpose of opening the branches and wasting time.
Management of Emirates Islamic (PJSC) need to look into these things and try to solve them before people get frustrated and look for other options for there banking need.

Bank have teller, ATMs, cash deposit, customer support etc

But bank process / funtionality is bit slow.

Avenue mall have good and free parking space. (Though I don't like their exit, as its long and complicated.)

This is one of the best EIB branch , Staff our polite and nice especially Mr Adil Lathif. They offer you coffee if they see you waiting , very clean and well organized branch unlike the one in Barsha mall

Bad service in terms of process, they complicates the process, I'm considering close my account
I went there 3 times and they didn't provide enough information and every time they ask for new documents or just don't accept the documents which they require basically because they didn't provide accurate information.
