I just visited the branch around 8:05 - 8:10 am for card replacement and mobile number updation.

All the issues got sorted within 10 mins and iam already out of the branch by 8:20.

Such an excellent customer service from reception to the manager.

Especially Mr. Mohammed Hilal, who assisted me with all my concerns was extraordinarily helpful and kind.

Such a pleasent and customer centric team.

Thank you so much EIB for building this excellent team and for the exceptional customer service.

No wonder, how it’s always easy to handle with EIB when handling with other banks are always a nightmare..

This branch has been shifted next to spicejet office/ opposite to rak bank located in khalid al waleed street, and located at walkable distance from from burjuman metro exit 4.

I recently opened my account with EI bank and the process has been smooth. A special thanks to Mr Amjad Khan who helped us with the start to end process and has also been available for any queries. His customer service was outstanding where he understood the needs and provided the right guidance. Would recommend this bank.

A total waste of time and energy. Unprofessional employees who do not know how to do their job and how to communicate with customers.
To go to this branch take Burjuman metro station exit 4 and walk straight for 3, 4 mins.
