I have been to a number of enbd branches and so far this branch has the worst customer service, counter 5 was very unaccommodating and unwilling to help considering she was in the customer service counter.. we just wanted to convert our account into a joint account where she could at least provide the form that we will need to fill-up.. we didn’t even ask to have it process but its just the form we wanted to get.. counter 1 and 4 was willing to help but couldn’t do much as its not part of their department..

Long day at the bank,however im priority banking.
I was disappointed with this branch i we t there because it has priority banking however, using the normal personal banking floor way better i think . Lack of knowledge of there products that they provide.
Lets start the story
I went to the bank willing to open new account for my newborn. Receptionist told me to use first level because im priority banking. I went there asked the employer sitting she didnt have any clue about the type of product they providing regarding uae nationals family saving.she asked her colleague that gave her a wrong infor that if i want to open minor account in this floor that dedicated to priority banking i need to deposit 500k in the minor account ridiculous.or i go down stairs and they will open . I didn’t try to fight for it i just went down start however i know what they are saying is wrong because my Relation manager gave me the info before i go.
I went down stairs i met a personal banking advisor that was knowledgeable. That told me what are you doing here you go upstairs ur are priority banking and Emirati account .i told her my story she said thats wrong im sure you can do that upstair there are no limits that they talking about. While we are talking 2 colleagues from personal banking the ine i talked too up and her colleague where there ao she asked them why did you send this costumer down they said refering to their colleague upstairs he said that he need 500k she told them thats wrong . And they said to her call him and ask all upstairs approved what he said . She said impossible that a costumer needs to put in each kid account 500k just to open account to use the priority banking office. They said okay we will call you on your extension and they are assuming that what she is saying wrong. I told her i wait i waited 10 mins suddenly the office boy comes down looking for me and ask me to come upstairs.
I went there to same employee and suddenly she ask for my document and i asked what happened she said I’m preparing the papers just few minutes ago i was unable to open and use this privilege of priority banking . Anyway i asked some questions about type of account i will open zero info they know. I asked about interest rate that account provide no clue . How it will work on what basis no clue also they didn’t know that the website has info to refer me. I started talking and giving them info about the product. And referring to my RM who gave me some info.
At the end i did the paper work i asked about how long it will talk they said 2 to 3 weeks.. i was disappointed about the period i said . From what i know 2 to 3 days. Anyways she said its a process and also lack of info how the process works. I went down stairs met the banking advisor and she confirmed again that all my knowledge is correct . This was my first experience at a branch i always use the online banking but after this experience i dont think im going back to a branch again. The online banking which was made by human has more info about the product. I recommend you brief all you advisors about your products before reaching the costumer. Some tips do workshops and quarterly assessment about the product for your employees. Where are working in a professional environment in this country please keep the standards up as what our leaders wants .

THIS BRANCH IS GIVING VERY SLOW SERVICE!!!! THEY SAID SYSTEM IS NOT FUNCTIONING AND TAKES 30 MINUTES TO GET AN IBAN CERTIFICATE! THEY WILL ASK U TO WAIT DUE TO SYSTEM ERROR OR COZ THEY ARE STILL DOING WHATEVER! Like seriously?

Tillers gave me wrong information, the cheque was under my personal name and there is no a/c pay only stamp, and he told me that I should deposit the same in the account, he can’t do it from his side as its not written cash. We are working in the same industry and the system well known.

Customer service is very bad the lady in there is very lazy took me around 1 hour to just submit a simple application.
