Third time come in the evening to ATM within two month for deposit. 2 terminals out of 2 for deposit cash do not accept money with a sign “ we can’t except …”, today employees explained that it is because there is too much cash in ATM. Great explanation for a regular issue, which nobody has improved so far. Don’t waste your time and go to another branch.

I would like to Thank everyone in this branch for their passion and dedication.
Special thanks to Ms\Fatemeh Hassan , for her patience , professionalism and kindness.
She made sure that everything was clear and accurate even there was things which i did not know about or ask questions about it , but it would have affected me and my transactions in the future.
She solve it and made sure everything was correct.
Also Ms\Mariam Pagsyun, she is very committed towards her duties and she was very welcoming.

Worst Customer Service . Long wait time. Avoid taking the global cash card. It is a ripper. Nobody informs about hidden charges that everytime you download money to your own account it debits 15 AED, and if you don't use it for 6 months there is an inactivity fee of 15AED every month. Inspite of having a Salary account. The staff who was helping me in the counter was humble but didn't know the process well

We were changing account ownership for business account with Marissa. She is a very detail oriented and professional employee who not only does her job perfectly but also goes out of her way to get things done - she took us to branch operations manager to solve some urgent matters. The most helpful branch of Emirates NBD, five stars!

Best EMIRATES NBD BRANCH IN THE UAE BY FAR ! Amazing experience from the branch operation manager to the bank Secuirty everything was perfect very nice environment and amazing people Maryam branch operation manager helped me so much I have never seen such amazing service before as well as the lady security I will always come back to this branch and refer all my friends to bank at this branch. Best experience I have received. So far this is the best branch in Uae

Everyone was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help me with an urgent transfer. Ladies from the tellers department stayed after the branch closing time to make sure it’s done. Huge thanks to them!

Went to the branch 3 times because of inefficiency of the reception-Mary the Filipina lady & another lady in abaya. They’re also arrogant on how they deal with their clients. Whilst some people around are just chatting and laughing around who looks very unprofessional.

Closes between 1 and 2 "For lunch" despite the fact we don't live abroad in a society where siestas are a thing.

You are a pharmacy, you literally deal with medications that save people's lives. LEARN TO TAKE ROTATING LUNCHES AND HAVE ONE PERSON WORK THE DESK DURING YOUR BUSINESS OPENING HOURS!!!!!

There is not another pharmacy within a 15 mile radius that does this. Nor should they be allowed to. I have contacted North Lanarkshire Council about this. You're a PHARMACY and yet the Hair Dressers next door to you can stay open during lunch, what's going on? Have a word.

Staff is very pleasant, helpful and professional . I haven't, so far ,had any issues EDIT - someone at the pharmacy isnt doing a great job and has very poor work standards.Sounded like an older unpleasant woman over the phone. Refused to give me emergency supply of medication (that Ive had before from this pharmacy) and hung up on me.

The worst Pharmacy around! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! they dispense cheap meds, that is when they have them because 90% of the time they don't have the meds you're looking for!, they substitute meds without asking you if it's ok to do so, i put in a prescription for an inhaler, i asked repeatedly for weeks if they had the prescription and they continually said no, 3 months later i was confronted by a staff member as to why i hadn't collected my inhaler prescription from 3 months ago.....and some staff have terrible attitudes, i changed to another pharmacy in the end, i wouldn't even go in here for a pack of plasters.

I come here on a Wednesday afternoon & all of the girls are so Beautiful & friendly & would do anything 2 help poeple there are so kind so I would highly recommend it 2 poeple so I will give you a 20 out 20 ????????????????
