I would like to give 7 star rating to this branch. The customer service is awesome as i reached there at the last moment and this pretty lady Tushara helped me in getting my statement in like no time. Because it took my hours 3 months back in Barsha branch to get my statement. Being a handicapped I would like to say a bog Thanks to Tushara for her quick customer services. Thank you NBD????

Had the opportunity of visiting the branch at the Mall of Emirates. Mr. Muhammad Waqas Zahid’s handling of matters was exemplary. Being located at the mall the branch was understandably busy. While waiting for my turn I was able to observe Mr. Waqas in dealing with clients. He exhibited great professionalism and handled clients always with a smiling demeanour. Customer care at its best!!!

If it wasn’t for Mohammed Bakir, I would have closed my account out of frustration. He was very helpful and ensured that I get all the help I needed. I also think the bank can have a printer inside, for customers to print at cost. Instead of taking business elsewhere.
