Emirates nbd HQ is located in nad al sheba. Main development building is here. Customer call centre is also here.

Undue delay in processing anything. Was there for my mortgage , took more than two weeks for approval with all documents submitted . And after signing mortgage agreement, another two weeks to just deliver the cheque to the developer. But your mortgage installment date is effective from the day of signing even though they waste two weeks of your precious time just sitting on the cheque. Very beurocratic , very disappointed with the service

From the experience I have had so far since June_ July and now we enter August....
Kenyan Banking does better with customer satisfaction... due process and ease of accessibility..... Honestly not happy at all.

Worst bank ever. 45th minute and no answer from customer care agent. Like seriously go ahead and hire more staff. Unprofessional to say the least
