If you’re looking for millennial-minded, well-communicating, constantly PROFESSIONAL banking experience, delivering the information on time without any delays, I would nudge you to visit Mr. Farhan. This is my second time of taking personal loan from this person, and twice everything went smoothly without any headache. He will do everything to help his customers have the best banking experience. Whatever related to my bank cards if I'm not understanding I directly run to Mr. Farhan to get proper explanation)))))))) Mr. Farhan will deliver nothing less than the best from expertise and professionalism to top-notch communication. In my experience with UAE banks, Emirates NBD stands out as the absolute best without a doubt, specifically, the "Sheikh Zayed Road branch" has exceeded all my expectations, I cannot emphasize enough the outstanding service I received from "Mr. Farhan", one of their exceptional staff members. His Care, professionalism truly impressed me.(my transaction processed in one day, other bank used to get 5 days)

After trying several other banks, I finally settled with Emirates NBD, and I couldn't be happier.

The customer service and support from Beena was over and above my expectations. I have always received excellent service from ENBDand have banked with them for many years. Keeping me updated, sharing advice and working around my busy schedule, Beena was always ready to answer my questions, she was quick to respond, followed up any queries immediately and provided feedback on the next step the same day, She supported me to find a solution. Farhan also Excellent.I Highly recommend Sheik zayed road ENBD Branch.

It took me 30mins in the queue and just 2 minutes to make my transaction. Only because the person in front of me made several transactions, even calling the owner of the cards he had with him for their PINs. MAKE A POLICY OF 1 TRANSACTION PER PERSON. You don’t know the urgency of the other people falling in line!!

Undoubtedly the friendliest bed&breakfast in Scotland. I was blown away by the service prior to arrival with great help figuring out transport and recommendations on how to handle the on-going train strikes. Lindsay and Pauline are so very kind, attentive and accommodating, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay again. The rooms are quiet, well lit and have the most comfortable beds. For the ladies - there are very good hairdryers and lovely shampoo/conditioner/lotions too! I cannot recommend the Firs enough!

The Firs delivers the real Scottish guest house experience, spacious and comfortable lounge and dining room, great breakfast and most importantly friendly and welcoming hosts who help make the atmosphere so different from staying in a hotel (in a very positive way). Touches like fresh scones for tea at no extra cost and real maple syrup with your excellent porridge are icing on the cake!

We stayed for 3 nights at the Firs two days after arrival from Australia. I wish we could have stayed longer. From the welcome at the door to the time we said cheerio it was delightful. Pauline and Lindsay are the perfect hosts and made us so welcome. Look forward to returning in a couple of years.

An absolutely beautiful residence with a wonderful room. Lindsay and Pauline are incredibly warm and accomodating, and the breakfast was top notch! We'll be recommending this place to our friends and we'll definitely be coming back.

Our weekend visit to Blair Atholl in the early Spring of 2022 was amazing, and our stay at The Firs was one of the best aspects. The food at The Firs was superb and dinner at The Loft Restaurant was great too. COVID restrictions detracted a bit of enjoyment on our train trip, and some renovations on common areas at The Firs were a small negative, but hopefully those will both be over soon. Two days of walking in the hills and around the village could hardly have been better (well, less rain might have been nice). Our hosts were engaging, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. We hope to be able to return.
