Since the closure of the Emirates NBD Motor City branch this was the closest ATM to our home but conveniently located at the entrance of the indoor football pitch and gym at Dubai Sports City (although there is also another ENDB ATM at the entrance of Spinneys Motor City)

Plenty of parking around.

Recently a new ATM has opened in Motor City at the Waitrose shopping mall which is better accessible and indoor. Parking is closer to the ATM too.

Cash Deposit and Withdrawal is available.
No Cheque deposit however there is a slot for it.
Payments available for Flight, NOL, Salik, donation, and many other. This is in sports City

Working good, when you need to deposit and take money out. Closest NBD ATM where you can deposit money if you are in Sport City.

I was hesitating before writing this feedback but I suffered a lot with @emiratesnbdbank
This bank doesn’t show any care to their customers. I have been writing to them and calling them for weeks but to no avail. The case supposed to be very simple but the team is too lazy to sort it out.

I’m very disappointed and very sad while writing this message.
I have been contacting the bank for more than 2 weeks to follow up on a transfer I’m supposed to receive since 27th Dec 2020. the bank asked me to send an email with all the details of the sender and I did all of that. They keep closing the complaint as sort it out without even investigating or doing anything. I’m in need for the money and I have the right to get my money back.
I don’t recommend any one to use this bank and very soon I’m going to stop dealing with them.

Guys! There is no CDM. There is cheque deposit tray but I didn't find the cheque deposit option on monitor screen like other CDM ATM machine

I have seen bad service, and i have seen bad bank but ENBD gives a whole new meaning to BAD. Trying to close my account with them now for more than 1 month and I still cant do because of the bad service, they are unbelievable.
