As a result huge improvement in customer service in this spacious and modern post office.
Very well organized and helpful and friendly staff.
One of the major advantages is that it has its own customer parking and even if this would be full there is plenty of parking next door at Barsha Mall.

I had a package delivered through them by a third party service provider who decided to chose them.
Initially, I asked for the package to be deliver to the Barsha Tecom Office, however 3 days later it showed that the package was delivered to the JAFZA post office. Upon rescheduling on their app after 1 day I arrived tk the Barsha Tecom office, ready for me to pick it up.
When I was there, there was only 1 Arabic lady managing the entire office. Everyone had gone out for lunch even though their break timings was from 12-2pm, apparently they were out for lunch till 3pm.
When I asked for my package the lady told me she will check in the back. She took about 10 minutes and tells me the package is not there and for me to wait till the manager comes back.
She says that he is out and will come in 15minutes.
30 minutes go by and at this point I have to leave. I told her that plenty of my time is wasted and I need to get on with my day, if they can please deliver the package to my house when they manage to find it, because I don’t want to waste my time coming back here again.
20minutes after I leave I get a call from a man saying they found my package and it’s ready to be picked up. I said i wasted 30minutes there and driving back would only take up more of my time and if they can have it delivered for this inconvenience caused. He said sure, with no mention on payment and so on.
3 days later emirates post arrives at my door with my package that has to be paid for 30 aed for ‘delivery’ fee which is an absolute joke? 30 aed for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism caused by you?
I told them to send it back to the office as I’ll personally be arriving to have a chat with these ‘managers’ who have their labels on their doors, with NO ONE inside. What a sight to see.
Please try to avoid at all costs. And stick to some of the more professional courier services like DHL, FedEx and so on.

Emirates post is the worst. I have an order with mashreq that needs to be delivered on the 15th. An agent called on the 15th and told me that the order is scheduled to be delivered on the 16th, I replied by saying that’s wrong but I will wait. I reached out to them on the 16th, and one agent (Hozeifah) informed me that my shipment is scheduled to be delivered on the 17th…and that the driver will call me to confirm, no one called after 2hours, I decided to call them again, another agent (ammar or amer) said that’s impossible to be delivered on the 16th, however he will mention in the system that it needs to be delivered the day after before 10am. Today is the 17th, the driver called me at 12:30pm and said that he will deliver today. I told him that my shipment supposed to be delivered the morning, he said that in his system he can see that it needs to be delivered before 12pm for which I replied that it’s already passed 12… anyways we aligned that he will deliver at 4pm. I called them again at 4, I told them that the driver didn’t call me, they said that they will ask the driver to call me and align on timing. I canceled many programs today because of their agents wrong info and drivers taking their sweet time and playing with my day. I’m still waiting till now for my delivery and no one is taking action. This is the worst experience I had with a delivery company ever and this made my experience worse with Mashreq
