I won't even give 1 star when it comes to delivery schedule. This is the worst courier I have encountered. Delivery takes time, when you track it "shipment is out for delivery" but will never reach to you on that day. "Unsuccessful delivery attempt" notication without getting a call from the delivery. In transit, forwarded, out of delivery, unsuccessful delivery and It's just a cycle in the tracking history without getting even a miss call from them. Followed up many times to the CS but it's just useless as your delivery will not reach to you even with the promised schedule day. Even it's "urgent", some customers will even cancel their errands just to accommodate the delivery and yet no delivery happened. Better to look for competitive and reliable courier.

The courier will never come on time in compare to other courier companies. I am expecting a critical parcel and have been calling CS since 3 days and all are taking time and address and promising we will send it today or tomorrow and today is the 4th day from the due date and no delivery yet. :(

Worst delivery service! I will not recommend to anyone. Delivery takes days to receive, and they don’t allow pickup from branch. They dont have resolution to any complain.

Customer support is good just that not prompt in service. On top of paying the delivery charges with the supplier we will still have to pay for local delivery and there is no counter pick-up if you want to skip paying this fee. The delivery will never take place as promised and they deliver at their convenience, not at the customer's convenience.

my deliver date 20 April
I shedule for evening
the delivery is called me 2 pm I told him before 3.30 I will be there he told ok. then I bring taxi and I call him before 3.30 he picked the call he told me his duty is over for 3 pm Tomorow I will bring your delivery. I told fine
the same number today 21 April I call him he is not profesnel he don't know how to talk and handle customers. he is not responding proper way just sent the customer service number . he left the chat . disappointing

There is no one here and the office is all shut.
I’ve been waiting for my package to be delivered and nothing was send to me. No notifications or emails. Last time my item was sent back and it wasted 3 months to try to arrange for it to be delivered again.

These team promised delivery for Monday today, called me 4 days earlier... Then kept the package in their facility without keeping their promises and respecting their scheduled delivery timeline. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
