Excellent efficient service. The collection of the new Emirates ID was under two minutes. Plenty of parking space inside and is free for a short visit.

I have been waiting for a parcel from India for more than a week. While checking the status (EL401785677IN), I can see that it arrived at the delivery facility on the 1st of July. I contacted customer service, and they raised a complaint and told me that I'd get a call from the concerned department within a few hours. This is the sixth day, and I haven't gotten any calls or emails from the Emirates Post till today. But I am still calling customer care, hoping that they will resolve the issue. I didn't expect such negligence from Emirates Post.

I recently visited the post office to pick up a parcel, and I must say, the service was impressively quick and efficient. With the package weighing less than 1 kg, I paid around AED 15 plus VAT. It's worth noting that I also had to pay customs duty on top of the base charge, but the staff was helpful in explaining the charges and making the whole process hassle-free.

Frequently visiting this location for collection and posting. The counter staff service always super no doubt. But the security should understand the customer small small concerns like no cum on the service table. Request to put some water on it. But he refused & said I don't no. Then went to outside & applied water on the stamp back side to post greeting card.

It was just renovated. It has changed a lot and what is more surprising is how fast the services are. The 30minutes wait has cut down very significant to amazingly 2minutes!! I just sat down directly from ticketing to counter and didn’t even noticed my parcel was already in front if me and i have to leave before even 2minutes.

Best service and Best experience and best staff member in Emirates post central. Especially counter 23. He is so nicely and professionally. Follow his suggestions Save a lot of money and same fast as DHL. It’s really good experience with them. Real happiness center and service. Thank you all. Besides 3 days arrived Singapore with EMS

Good Service... Staffs are very kindly helping the costumers. last week i collected my families emirates ID from there... From the receptionist i take token and went to counter no 5 and staff name SAJITH AMUL RAJ is very smart and active and easily helped me to find the id and delivered with in a minutes. Really appreciate
