When I read the reviews I was expecting long wait and a bad experience but was completely surprised by very good service. The staff was polite and quick. I was done with my emirates Id collection and was out of there within 5 minutes. Keep up the good work. Thanks

One of the worst post office I have ever visited
Both staffs were with really rude and Neglecting manner towards customer
I have gone twice to send a parcel to Australia Both attempt were failed by there negligence and laziness
The lady not coming out to counter
She was calling to security and asking whether I left or not
Such an inhuman way to treat a visitor to this country
They were rushing go home even 30 minutes left to closing time
If any higher officers see this please reply me I can give all evidence

Very poor service also they are very Slow service I had 3 visit here they very slow on service even all staff are not on his seat

I WISH I COULD PUT THE REVIEW WITHOUT CHOOSING A STAR EVEN. ONE OF THE MOSST PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY HAVE. I HAD A CHAT WITH RIZI( THEIR SALES AGENT) WHO SAID I AM NOT HERE FOR CHIT CHAT, SHAME ON YOU FOR BEHAVING LIKE THIS WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. I AM PRETTY SURE YOU GUYS ARE NOT GENUINE AND ARE SCAMMING AROUND SINCE NO REAL BUSINESS TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS THE WAY YOU DID. AFTER SOING SO, HE BLOKED ME FROM SENDING MESSAGES. INSANE, PATHETIC, RUDE AND SCAMMERS.

Very poor costumer service,I got message from central post office that my Emirates ID is ready and I have to go and pick my card from there but unfortunately it's very far for me.I called central post office and they told me that I can request from any post office near by me to transfer my card,I used to do that before already,but when I visited this time the costumer service people has changed,before there were two Local People and they were very polite and nice,but this time there was one guy and he told me he is from Egypt,very bad costumer service,he did not want even to listen to me when I tried to explain that I was doing before the card transfer between post offices,but he was very rud and aggressive,he was smirking like I don't care about your complain at all.

Incredibly unacceptable and unbelievable of the lady with black gown, I reckon she came from South Africa. Slow, ineffective, and unprofessional service!!!! Prolong my ID for two weeks!!! I receive the text and even checked online saying that the ID is ready for collection but whenever I went there and assigned to her counter, she always said NO. What’s the problem with her?? She should get fire.

Bad experience always. For collection of my EMIRATES ID I have shown my document. Still they need one more slip from post box that they deposited in box !!!!! Waste of time
