One delivery guy came and he did not even call me and went backk where is my parcel???? I am trying to contact everyone but there is no answer, no call back nothing. Its so pathetic. I will never ever use your services again. I have never faced these many issues ever. That guy just left without delivering my parcel and without even calling me, looks like he was doing the formality and wanted to show his boss that he is doing his job. He is the worst delivery guy ever. I managed to find his no. And he cut my call and denied to deliver my parcel again. Horrible. It has happened twice now. My two of the parcels are stuckkk a your place. I want them nowwww. I can't explain the anger and frustration I have right now. I will involve the Dubai police if it is not solved. Look at the date from when i am waiting. Enough. See the below attachments. Solve my issue NOW.
I read the below mentioned reviews and i see everyone facing the same issue. Horrible.

Cheap nasty paper signs on doors
You end up walking around the building. They have own rules on gloves and masks.
Rubbish paid parking. Dirty hovel.

They told me it will be delivered with in 3 days and nothing happened, i called next day they said we will deliver it tomorrow between 9 am to 4 pm, still no one came today very poor service.
