I'm very satisfied with Emirates Sportsmed and specially with Dr Zahra Shirazi who follows me since the beginning for my double fracture tibia-fibula. Dr Zahra is very professional, kind, and available for any question. It was my first experience with such injury and she really took the time to explain me all the steps all the rehab, she pushed me when it was needed and helped me a lot through this journey with different techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling...a lot of mobility exercises and strengthening. After 3.5 / 4 months, my leg is back to a normal shape and I'm able to walk properly again and almost ready to start hard exercising again.
I highly recommend Dr Zahra for a serious follow up and a strong skilled physio.

Zahra has recently seen me for my chronic shoulder issue. I was amazed how many different techniques she used and how patiently she explained to me all the aspects of my injury. I loved the fact that she gave me all the attention from start to finish. She was also very thorough with the exercises she gave me afterwards and she followed up with me throughout my recovery. She takes pride at what she does and genuinely cares about her patients. By far the best physiotherapist that i have ever been to.

Physio Ms. Zahra Shirazi has been a real help for me in my bad times - i was in so much pain and was not able to move my neck much and do daily activities. Due to stiffness in my neck, i was getting dizzy and had severe headaches. I have chronic muscle spasm which caused migraines and ear aches. I was clenching my teeth while sleeping everyday which caused me real pain and stiffness in my jaw too.

In just 10 sessions, the pain and stiffness was released. Ms Zahra evaluated my situation and proposed strengthening exercises and did many phyio treatments to manage pain and inflammation. She is kind and knowledgeable, listens to all my queries and gives me valuable advice for keeping me fit.

I cant thank her enough. She has been a god sent angel to me. What she did is not less than magic as i didn’t believe this chronic stiffness and pain could be cured.

All employees are incredibly helpful and friendly.
I was diagnosed with meniscus and that's when I have met with Zahra. She has been very helpful in my treatment. I am so lucky to have met with her. We have been with her for about 10 sessions, I have been learning something new in each session and I got rid of my pain thanks to her.

Zahra is a highly skilled, amazing physiotherapist! In just 3 sessions my shoulder is so much better, much looser and pain free. Zahra is very knowledgeable with many techniques under her belt that she uses wisely, tailored to the individual person’s needs. Thank you Zahra!

I had pain in my knee almost one year after my ACL surgery. After two session with Zahra, the pain and knee clicking has at least halved and the strength has improved.

Daniel has been treating me for my recent Shoulder Stabilisation, I have had a fantastic experience with him and will continue to use his services for anything going forward, very knowledgeable and friendly! I have really seen the benefit 10x over from working with him. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Very professoonal staff and specially Ms. Zahra Shirazi is really a good physiotherapist she helped to recovered 60-70% with thr 10 session and the exercises she advised me to do is really helping me to improve fast.
