As per my insurance company instructions i visited the Emirates Transport Body Shop on 17th April,2023 around 3:40pm they took photos of my vehicle accidental area and i keep continuously asking when will parts arrive kindly update. But the person didn't answer and on 03rd May,2023 8:15am he is asking me to visit again for taking photos. He missed the photos and there was no follow-up status so far with him. Very pathetic service from such person. I will tell his name when i get call from customer care team after watching this review.

One of the laziest people I've ever met. Garage supervisor is not courteous at all. He doesn't care about customers. Customer support staff doesn't care to call and update customer. They took 3 weeks just to fix the rare bumper of my car. Highly not recommended to send your car to this garage for fixing.????????

Overloaded with work u003d Horrible in timings, if they tell you it needs 3 days, put in mind that it will take 10 days (like what it happened to me) even if the accident was minor.. you need to keep following up if the required parts are bought or not..

Not good service. They took lot of insurance vehicle and donot repair single properly. No one listen urs call.

My Geely Emgrand was given for repairs after an accident. I was unsure at first whether it would be a good job. But I was surprised to receive the car as the repair work was done extremely well. From the start, Shahrukh (Assessor), Usman (Supervisor), the Manager and even the Security guards are so helpful and professional. Shahrukh has been very cooperative and was kind enough to help even after office hours.
It is an establishment where you can just leave your car and trust the staff there.

Never ever send you car to them. They are too lousy to work. I sent my car to them on 15th Dec & today it is 26th Dec, 11 days have gone and still the inspection is pending.

We had a very good experience both in terms of quality of service and overall experience.
Especially Sharukh khan who dealth with our car was wonderful and highly appreciate his support.
