My apartment number has similar numbers in the building they came and shut the wrong connection for non payment, someone I don't even know.
Of course, no emergency numbers, office closed for from Friday 12:00 untill 08:00 am on Monday.
A money making machine without mercy, 3 days without AC, all I got is : we apologise about the inconvenience.

Have patience to receive your security deposit, you need to upload many documents in a disastrous old system. If approved you get a appointment in 3 weeks, 25 min drive to Deira one way, waiting in a queue for 60 min ( with a exact 1 pm appointment ). Finally you might get your cheque which you need to deposit in a bank again. Year 2023 ? Really ? Same process with Dewa took minutes

Update until this moment am not able to collect my money back. They gave me an appointment in may 16 and to collect in from hudiba !!!

We requested for a Refund to our empower deposit after clearing our apartment on 30th. Of Jan
Clearance was done perfectly from Empower on 6th. FEB and we asked to refund our deposit which is paid by me and all payments actually was done under my bank account also registered email and mobile number are mine, we applied online after calling a 100 times and no responses and finally they managed to schedule our refund after one month on the 3rd of March due to emergency and busy schedule at work we couldn’t attend and my wife always busy with late shifts after the closing hours of the office , so I decided to go and pick my deposit after a month and half from clearing the service, I had to drive 50 KM away from our new house to reach out to them and finally managed to meet one agent in Hudaibah office
The Agent was so arrogant and treating me as a suspected case although I provided all legal documents telephone number emails bank account and 2 Emirates ID of my wife and myself ( My wife will never be able to attend due to late duty hours ) then she replied so rudely saying it’s only your wife MUST be here and we cannot issue any Refund to you
She didn’t want to discuss further and seems to be helpless and Rude
Showing her our marriage certificate and all paid deposit and bank account payments under my name only
But since the tenant contract was Made under my wife name, she replied Rudely Only her must be here ignoring her ID and all documentation provided
It’s really the worst service probably I have seen in this amazing city !
EMPOWER please hire the right people in those positions otherwise you will be slowly losing your reputation!
