I wanted to open an account for my company. It took 4 months and I could not complete the papers because they wanted a bribe until I completed opening the account. I do not recommend dealing with this bank at all.

Went there to Muraqqabat to do bank transfer for my tuation fee, they were unaware of the docs i showed them, especially to the manager he said why i didn't do it on app instead, i said its more safe here and cheaper, then i feel humilitaed with there reaction. They said i gave wrong details of the bank details. They are fully un aware of the transaction, went to dcc branch to do the same thing, and they accept my forms without any questions, and very polite and respectful way.

I am a regular customer of Al Muraqqabat branch all tellers are friendly and always smile on face.. They are all helpful specially Teller name Jennilyn San Pedro Maliwat counter 3 and Fareshteh counter 4. Meera counter 5 Kinan Counter 6 and Vasim counter 7. excellent service very fast.

Security Control Room from MURAQQABT is really helpful. I had lost my documents and they give back to me after tracing me in very short time which is very helpful .

I lost my Id and was about to lose all hope in getting it back when your team at Muraqqabat 3rdfloor came to my rescue . They helped me out and I was able to get my ID back safely.
