The last two weeks the cleaning service is terrible. I’m washing my car here for two years. What’s happening lately is indescribable. Yesterday I came 5 times, waited for more than 40 minutes each time and I left. Today I visited again at 10pm (in 24h car wash). I’m currently waiting 41 minutes seeing the employees responsible for wiping, doing the same car for more than 40 minutes. If the company doesn’t want to operate they can just close. !!!

Car wash: better to come early in the morning because if there’s crowd definitely there is a bottle neck at car drying stations as they are accepting more car to wash that they can subsequently dry.
This is not only time consuming but results in very bad wash since the water dry on the car body before they can wipe it.

A Nissan patrol takes them 20 minutes to dry which is understandable, but they should have some kind of queue management system - for example to close the automatic wash and only queue cars for manual wash when it’s too crowded, so that washing and drying section aligns.

shout out to this people here me and my friend we stopped here to feel up some gas our bank I don't wanna mention the name they were facing some problems so our credit card not accepted even its has the money we explained that we try to get the money from the ATM it's not also working we have to go back and get home and bring the cash back they were so nice and responding I really just couldn't ask that guy name bcs I was a bit upset with the bank they let us go and we paid same night even then told us tomorrow even no problem we'll thank you so much uae for everything.

The petrol station is located in the middle of dubai behind sheikh zayed road. They have a mechanical shop as well a supermarket where you can find the essential items. The team is very friendly and the size of the petrol station is big and well organised. Also you can Renew you car registration there without waiting .

Sraff was attentive and professional. The Mart there has everything to make you stop for a brunch.

Worst experience ever for a simple manual wash. Guys are bored, they want to do less cars as possible per day.

Car was half washed and I got the excise that it shows cause the car is black.

Imagine what happens with the white dubai cars.

The soap they use is literally water, with some soap addition.

On top of this had to queue for one hour to receive this fantastic service

Any GSS is 10 times better and worth the money you pay.
