Very bad custmer service Mr.Virpul i came for fill up air same time came and staff came told me fast how i do fast if my air not full .first time.very bad experience enoc customer service Al.khail Mall. Staff also ready to fight even shift incharge chcek the cctv dataed 26/03/2023 11:00 am enoc managment plz.train your staff. Adnoc & Emirates staff better then your staff

I do not want to GET DRAMATIC but James & Sandeep were excellent staff who prepared my HotDog to perfection - this felt like home :) Thank you for the promotion @ENOC - these staff took this home with their attention to detail :))

I met this guy name Ashraf at the pump station. 2 weeks ago, when I passed by he said my brake oil need to change as it wasn't good. On the same day, my car breakdown in jebel area (apparently I bring my car to a mechanic and fix it). Yesterday, dec 28,2022 before going back to Abudhabi, I decided to go back to the petrol station to change my oil filter and I saw again Ashraf.. He was very kind, helpful, and very patient in' answering all my questions as I a lady driver and quite bad about parts ideas. I am recommending you to change oil and filter in that area with this person as he is very detailed in doing his job properly. Kudos to him, thank you for your help.

Ats too bad service very busy no one to over see and manage the traffic. Thers not enough machine operators one person manage two sids more often.ats nightmare to go on any time of the day.
