Visited ENOC for extreme wash. Well satisfied cleaning, dedicated washing staff (Saad). Great advise given by sijin (supervisor).

Quick service like all ENOC petrol station, it includes a mini mart, car wash and tire service center.

Dear Enoc team, it was my first car wash @1034 and I feel like customer must have some feedback system for washing teams post service to improve the area and customer satisfaction. I personally never intend to argue with anyone, Today after washing my car I proceed to vacuum area and staff took 13mins to complete Vacuum and wiping my Honda-Civic. Time started by 20:23 and completed by 20:36. After that they confirmed that my car is done and I look to my car and found some finger prints on wind shield and side corners was not clean. I requested 1 of staff to clean glass and he done his job and I started to clean side panels of wind shield from inside. Another staff came from behind and told me to remove my car immediately coz my car exceeded 10mins vacuum time and I can clean my car outside vacuum area. "Instead of asking me what was balance work and why I'm holding wiping cloth he is ordering and arguing with me to remove car immediately". I was looking for someone from management team to look at matter but no one was there. I waited for 5 mins then Mr. Sibin came forward and sorry to me for his Bengali staff misbehave.

Requesting management to kindly provide Customer satisfaction survey system prior we move our vehicles from servicing area, expecting prompt action from higher management for the same. And training to staff how to treat with customers coz it's reflecting back on Enoc image. Kindly correct me if found my points are not valid.

Car wash done nicely and Nishad there had time to explain the offers and all packages offered by enoc for car wash. Thank you

Nishad attend me here . He is good and clean every spot . Everything very good
