Located at very busy place. Service was good as per Standard.

The rest room is so dirty and they just have 2 and always there is a long queue.

I’m very disappointed from this services that you are having . This is my second station.
Nad Al Hamar I waited more then 10 minutes so they can change the shift.. After waiting the staff didn’t tell me that the place I was parking is not working ..

Typical bad experience similar to any other ENOC stations.
1. Staff look unmotivated(except very few)- you need to see and learn how well staff behave in other competitor stations
2. Digitally, ENOC looks 10 years behind.
-They still don’t accept Apple Pay/Google Pay
-You can’t pay by card sitting in your car; you have to either walk out to the machine or take risk of giving card with the staff. Their payments machines are still stationary. ????
-They show a scan and pay QR code- this takes you to a buggy and generations-old app wasting your time.
