I mostly go to fast track here and get my car washed and the team did a good job in removing all dirt and polished wheels and dashboard and disinfected the car as well.
They even has yes application discounts as well.

We quite know this pump since 5 years. It's quick convenient and fast..mornings are usually busy.theres a zoom Mc Donald's and also car wash services around. Overall we always prefer Enoc and Eppco pumps better.

It’s a convenient place for all your needs. A best convenient store, Automatic car wash and Quick oil change service also free air and water available location . MCDonald’s , Emirates Nbd ATM and AFNIC motor insurance also available.

Unfortunately I went to this petrol pump for refuel & so called 'vip' service tag installation.
Right from the start the attitude of every individual staff is very unprofessional and rude. Icing on the cake station supervisor so uncooperative that i wasted my 30mins just to get the answer as no . In this digital age staff is not even know how to get customer details properly .

Dear Enoc Management
Kindly train you field staff about basic soft skills & manners and technical knowledge to tackle simple customer issue.

Highly unprofessional station team.

Dear team

I want to do auto wash my car one employee come and look at my car he ask your car right side door heavy dust ( yeah I told yes I know that I don’t have time so that only I come for auto wash ) and he try to convince me to do another manual wash because he said this dust will not go I told him it’s fine . ( I don’t know what kind of service )

Unfortunately stopped at this pump to re-fuel. Asked this guy if he could clean the wind screen at which he started laughing and started talking to his colleague .. "I am very tired and he wants me to clean the windscreen" in a hysterical way while i could clearly hear him.

If he was so tired he could have told me directly and i would have let it go. But the way he behaved is totally unrespectful and management shall atleast train the employees how to behave and deal with customers
