Run away.
Worst service ever, desk agents talking very bad to us, not accepting credit cards of my wife for deposit although I paid the rental already online.
Lowest level of customer service we ever receive from a car rental company.
Had to book a car with the company next door (Avis) which went smoothly.

Slower than average service, we had to wait in the room for 15 minutes for the car (not because it’s busy, but the car simply wasn’t in the lot). Car was older than expected with over 70,000 km on it.

Other than that, the car was fine and the rest of the rental went smoothly.

Worst rental car experience!!
I have been waiting for more than 30 min. In the line to reach the counter at the airport to get my booked car!! I strongly recommend you run away and I will never deal with Enterprise again!!

Worst rental car . I booked a car through online for 15 days and they accepted to deduct the amount of rent from my husband’s credit card
And when i reached the airport to get the car i was surprised that they refused to blocked the deposit amount from the same card of my husband ,the reason was that the submitted license was under my name .
Moreover i offered to blocked the money from my debit card or to take it as cash since I don’t own credit card but they kept refusing
I tried to contact with customer support many times, however they rejected to handover the car or to refund the rent amount
I’m surprised how they accepted to deduct the money from my husband’s card while they refused to accept deposit from the same…
I’m very disappointed from such action; especially that we thought we were dealing with a reputable agency, but it seems they are not! Ironically the car rental company at the airport counter next to the same one we booked with has accepted my husband’s credit card immediately! I think it their way of scamming people, while no one helped nor cared to understand the issue from their customer service team.

Very bad experience! I had to drive in Dubai for 3 days in a car without Air-condition. I tried to reach the rental company many many times but with no support at all. I had to use my international mobile number to dial more than 10 different contacts to seek help but no support at all. no reply or someone answer and direct me to another number. even when i contacted someone from maintenance team his reply was they don't fix AC !! I have asked to return and replace the car but i Was told there are no cars at airport and i must wait there at least 2 hours to get the car replaced and i couldn't miss my meetings.
the counter representative (Sara)is not professional at all. she even hung up the call on me!
I work for Multinational company, and I travel a lot and need to rent cars in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries. I will contact our travel team and file a complaint and a warning not to use this company again.

I have rented a car from enterprise. It will take around 35 minutes to get your car. They upgraded my car since the booked car not available when I arrived, the provided car was brand new. Once you return the car they will deduct SALK Toll from credit card then they will send your invoice to your email. I dropped off the car without any scratch I did not face any issue during the drop off the car. Regarding the deposit they will hold 1500 AED then return back to me after 7 days please note that your card shall be credit card in order to return your deposit with out any delay.
I like the front desk agents such as Mis.Sara. She explained to me the terms and conditions for my rental contact and handed over the car with out any delay.

Every time i travel to Dubai i choose my rental with Enterprise UAE. the dedication of the staff and the quality of vehicles is simply beyond words (Part of a big automotive group / all cars are dealership maintained). there are a few things that i would like to see more such as showing me the vehicle features before i leave the parking lot, but overall everyone is simply amazing. well done Enterprise

This is a franchisee run independently of the Enterprise. They are located on the arrival side on Terminal 1.
The service is okay at the desk.
Make sure you take photos and videos before you take the vehicle from the lot. Take snapshots of fuel, mileage and verify it to the data in their agreement, to stay on the safe side. I'd recommend this in the US and Canada, though customer service actions are generally in favor of the customers in NAmerica
