Hi Friends, If you have new car plz don't take to the EPPCO Autocar Carwash centre. The are all irresponsible people there. On the first day they scratch my cars interior fabric with the air gun and today (12 Nov 20222) they scratch my cars body (I think with the air gun). When I informed they started arguing that it didn't happen here and and you have to be inside the car while cleaning, they are not responsible etc etc. Then they ask me to go to police station. So irresponsible people. So better not to take your car there for washing there.

I have been in the morning and it was so busy. I kept waiting in the queue for minimum 8 minutes and not all tanks on operation. Overall I didn’t like the experience.

very disappointed about what happen this morning your gasoline boy made a scratch you should a proper training how to make good care to your customers, its alright if he told us what he made and ask for apology but he just being rude and i show him the yes application and he just ignore i know its so hot outside to work i feel it cuz i have the same field..very disappointed !

Not a good service for manual car wash. Better check before leaving the shop after car wash because they are not detailed on cleaning the interior of the car. I need to call the attendant and inform to him that my interior is still dirty. These guys tend to work on quantity not on quality.

Wreckless gasoline boy..got scratches from refilling ???? should train to care for some others property especially customers. I am just so disappointed. Will never go back ever again! Adnoc is still best

No wireless payment.. staff needs to touch your card which spreads the virus.. staff don’t inform that no wireless payment in the beginning.. .. rude staff instead of apologizing especially the Filipino one
