Staff said Shift change and won’t fuel, wasted 10 mins, the station was packed by the time they started to fuel.

Unruly petrol attendant staff, who answered back to a very polite request. Never went back to refill here.
And I even put up an update to the official channel, but the team didn’t even come back to register our concerns.

disrespectful staff, fueling the car by the amount he wants just because his duty has finished and he doesn’t want to wait for so long although i asked him to full my car i need an action to be taken

Understaffed station with generally slow service and confusing entrance.

Most of them are trainee staffs and takes too much time to fueling. I waited around 20 mins in the morning around 9 am.

Great location this station is in. But it looks very old compared to the ones in and around Dubai.

There is a Hardee's at this station too, which is a frequent for me.

My favorite Petrol station. This place have good fastfood option. Best for late night or early morning.
