Never buy electronics from this shop. Worst customer service. Even if want to buy branded items, be careful they misguide and sell items which are not moving in their shop. Be ware of staff Shimer.

Hello EROS Burjuman! My utmost appreciation and respect to Shimer, Manoj, and Nawaz for the unparalleled service during my time in your store. They displayed probably the best assistance and patience in all of Dubai for transferring my files to the new phone which I got from their shop. Thank you very much, hats off to all of you. Shimer's service was excellent. Very accomodating guy! Honest & really great w/ customers. Had a great experience w/ him alongside Nawas who helped set up my new phone. What a team they have over there at Eros Burjuman. ????

Not a good experience. Don’t want to name the staffs but they made wrong promises with the phone exchange price and the complementary product with the new phone prior to buying and when the product was billed they overturned on their promise and said it is only applicable when you take their extended warranty. Beware of the promises they make!

Two weeks back, I went to Eros, Burjuman to get a charger for my laptop. Though it was a Friday and what I wanted was not available in the shop, the gentleman Mr Reymart went out of the way to get it from their store. I got the product in about 2 hours and Mr Raymart’s service was great. Service with a smile. Incidentally this charges is hard to get.
