A fun activity for a group of friends or colleagues. We were a group of 4 and we did "Jack The Ripper" room. It was a very challenging one. The staff actually told us it is the hardest room. We literally finished the room 40 seconds before the allocated time. You get 60 mins to solve the clues and escape the room. If something is difficult and the whole team ask for help, the staff will reveal a clue on the screen. Also if you as re clearly taking so long in a clue they also give you a hint. I personally enjoyed it and am glad we managed to solve it on time. Definitely, recommended.

Its a nice place place challengig for adults , we played Alladine quite nice atmosphere we loved it . Its nice family game but not for kids cause its quite hard for them . But i would go again with friend to another adventure !

A very nice team building experience for a small (20 something) office group. We were divided into groups of max 5-6 over 4 different escape rooms. There is a lovely breakout area too, where everyone could relax after the finish. The staff are quite friendly and supportive.
I docked a star because there isn't a washroom and no lift; you have to take stairs to get to the top floor. Washrooms are in the mall.

A very nice experience, but really expensive. I used the entertainer voucher to get a discount. I love the jail break experience which was interesting and fun. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The 4 stars are purely due to the high cost, quality deserves 5 stars for sure.

I played jack the ripper with my friends and i loved the experience! The one hour went by so quickly cause we were having fun solving the puzzle it's definitely a hard one but fun.

Special shout out to the awesome game master " Nash " ! You definitely made the experience more enjoyable with your fun energy!

Dear Escape Hunt Management Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Escape Hunt branch in Galleria Mall. My friend and I were excited to try out the escape rooms at your facility, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations.

During the game, we encountered numerous issues with the clues provided to us. The clues we were given were incorrect and generic, and we had already solved them more than three times in a row. It was frustrating to wait almost 10 minutes for a clue, only to receive something that was of no help to us. When we raised this issue with the staff, they simply stated that they clicked clues in order and did not pay attention to where we were in the game.

Furthermore, we decided to switch to an easier room to avoid further frustration, and were ready to play the Aladdin room. However, we overheard a staff member named Nash, on the radio downstairs saying, "oh just tell them we already had a booking because I'm going to say yes to these two that have just asked me at the front desk." This made us feel disrespected, as if our booking was not important to the staff.

Overall, my friend and I were very disappointed with our experience at Escape Hunt in Galleria Mall. We had high hopes for a fun and engaging game, but instead, we were left feeling frustrated and disrespected. We hope that you will take our feedback into consideration and work to improve the quality of your service in the future.

Went for prison break experience and it was so good! We were so close to beat their record of the fastest escape! Highly recommended to go as a group of 4 or 5

We completed the Aladdin room. A room filled with puzzles. Although it was fun and well designed, it was too easy. 2 of us completed the room in 45 minutes with only 1 hint. Granted we are experienced in escape games, the website said it was intermediate. They should definitely list the Aladin room as a beginner room.
Also, for an escape game, the ones in Dubai are extremely expensive! All the escape games (not just this one) are about $50 per player!
