WORST CAMP IN DUBAI. This camp does not benefit the children in anyway possible in fact the coaches only do what they want and only based on their mood. This camp does not allow children to have fun and flourish. This camp only benefits the coaches. The “head coach” lets the children play based on his mood he never lets the kids play if one or two kids were misbehaving. The location is Gems Founders Al Mizhar. The activities are not fun at all and the kids never get to play.

Our daughter attends ESM Holiday Camps since 3 years and is every year excited to go back and make new friends. The camps are well organized and the dedicated team makes sure that the kids have a lot of fun and get exhausted (appreciated by parents????). We wouldn't go anywhere else than to ESM Holiday Camps!

Love this camp! Our son has been attending the camp pretty regularly over the last 3 years and always stayed happy. Various sporting and fun activities, good arrangement and logistics, clear communication and above all - safety. Thanks for providing this amazing service, guys!

Our son 4 years old didn’t like this camp held in springs british school this spring 2021. Firstly it was very disappointing that he came back home every day barely eaten his food. At this age someone should assist and supervise if kids eat at all. Secondly, he complained that sportshall was stinky and ugly, indeed it was really old, long time not renovated, but it was advertised as the premium facilities. We are not sure about what the kids were doing inside and who were the coaches, as activities of the day were not shared with parents we could only guess. Kids of all ages were mixed together in the same hall. The receptionist manager was rather rude than welcoming. The child said he wouldn’t like to go back to spring camp ever again. He did learn few elements of tennis and dodgeball techniques. But otherwise not impressed I wouldn’t send him again to this camp.

One of the worst customer service team I have ever interacted, was planning to sendh child for the winter camp 21 but their customer service never bothered to clarify certain concerns which we wanted to clarify about safety, instead they just hung up the call on me. It appears they will have the same attitude towards the children when they are in the camp. What an attitude!

My daughters had a great time at the Winter and Spring Camp last year. The camp manager at DBS Jumeirah Park was extremely helpful and friendly since my daughters are very shy and took time to mix with other children. I am surely going to send them once again for the Summer Camp. Great camp for young kids...

Average. I don’t know what the kids did at the camp. No photos, no updates and last thing that I want to know that all kids got some certificates except mine. After I reiterated and asked them about it, the same day my elder one came home with a certificate as if a consolation but my younger one was crying because she didn’t get it anytime and quite frankly I was surprised because she is really good and she being one of the younger ones, shouldn’t have been ignored, specially because they told me the kids come to have fun and there are “no goals” to be achieved, meaning, everyone should’ve got that piece of paper! I wanted my kids “to have a good time” as promised and not to see them cry at the end of the camp! Really disappointed ☹️

Have tried a few holiday camps in Dubai and without a doubt, ESM Holiday Camp is a standout winner. The array of activities is a big plus and the camp is well managed, allowing parents the piece of mind that their kids are safe and having fun.
