Staff was great. Everything was good standard, clean and well maintained offices. Ms. Mary's work was so passionate to make sure that the tenants will get the best experience and Mr Sulaiman always there whatever we need to do in the office.

We've been working with Espada Business Centre in Business Bay,beginning this year. We are very happy with the service. Ms. Mary is a superstar! She is very professional and accommodating. All the staffs are friendly. Meeting room in Business Bay has a superb view, really good place for presentations and client meetings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

highly recommended- facilities, office spaces and others are attainable anywhere but their staff service is at par with it, which makes the overall experience satisfactory.

I would like to commend Mary, Roselle and Sulaiman for doing such an outstanding job in maintaining the office to be at par with the best of the best in offering business services. They truly play a vital role in our business’ success and I know I could only speak for ourselves but they deserve the recognition beyond anything.

We have recently rented an office in Espada-Business bay and quite happy with the services and facilities. Unlike many other business centre it's very well maintained, has nice meeting rooms with stunning view of SZR and peaceful.
Ms. Mary (Support Executive) is very supportive and always there to assist.

Excellent in all aspects! The location and office set up is perfect, and the staff (Mary and Sulaiman) are very accommodating and professional.

The staff was great. The receptionist were very helpful and answered all our questions. The office was clean well maintained and the view was so nice. They have a very good service. All staff was kind and made you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended .Thankyou for the good service most esp. to Ms. Mary keep up the good work.

Espada Business Center is a Very Wonderful Place ,It's well located ,and it has all the facilities that you could think of. It has Wonderful Facilities , a nice and relaxing view,and Coffee Shop Nearby. And most importantly are the team behind this business center are very professional, informative and very helpful.
