Services are well straightforward, amazing staff. Great support from start to finish of the process. Highlyy recommended business center with very nice office. Excellent location with great ambiance and breathtaking views, with Amazing Facilities, beautiful and relaxing scenery, and Coffee Shop Nearby. An exceptional business centers ideal of working atmosphere. The location is very accessible, in terms of bus and the metro. The staff are very professional to attain your need. They are very supportive and cooperative.

Espada Business Center is a perfect space for the start up businesses! Spacious and clean, modern decor, good internet, fabulos lighting (perfect for photos and videos), friendly team specially Ms. Roselle Gonzales... We spent 3 years with them just because of their team, always avalable to serve your purpose and we always felt Espada BC as our own home/office whatevr you would say... It has a great ambience, a conducive work environment and a strong community. The location is also great with a nice view of SZ road to the Jumeirah beach...
