I rarely do any reviews anywhere but when the best Eyelash Ext. Specialist is at Essa Beauty, i had to write! I have been a regular here since March 2022, since the day that I met Janet whom made my eyelashes as long, full and super dramatic (fashionably) as I envisioned, she has never not created a new set as beautiful as the last one! As much as I want to keep her for myself and have the bestest eyelashes ahahah, i want you to experience her talent, highly recommend her!!! The ladies as well doing manicure, pedicure and hair are amazing, full hospitality and creativity!!

Was recommended Essa beauty salon by a colleague. I had recently done my hair back home and was not happy with the colour or styling. I was blessed to have Caley do my hair. I went to see her the day before my hair appointment for a consultation and she blew me away with the colour and style transformation. I even received a recommended product to use between our next appointments to repair and strengthen my hair. I highly recommend Caley and will not trust anyone else in Dubai with my hair.

I had my first ever microneedling session with Natalie and she was absolutely brilliant!! She explained the whole procedure to me and I felt well taken care of. The result was phenomenal! I didn't expect the first session to go so well and was apprehensive of the pain and the possible side effects but I'm so glad I stuck to my appointment because all of my fears vanished the moment I met Natalie. Thank you so much! ????

This salon gets 1 star because it’s been 2 times they do the same thing to me. My nail tech deserves 100 stars because she’s amazing. Joy is the best and I’ve followed her all over Dubai but this salon is ridiculous. One time I scheduled for gel mani pedi and when I called I asked if they had platinum discount and I proceeded to reserve and when I went in and did my nails, the front desk girl told me that I couldn’t have the discount because it didn’t apply on the day I scheduled. I explained that day was scheduled because Joy wasn’t available any other day and my schedule was free and I could’ve gone another day and finally the discount was applied. Now today I scheduled and went in for mani pedi and everything was great and then I went to pay and the girl “didn’t know if the discount applied today” and then proceeded to give me the discount after I explained I specifically scheduled for today because Joy was on vacation and I waited for her and picked a discount day. Since Joy had availability after me, I had my husband bring in my mother in law so I could go have lunch (I’m 40 weeks pregnant) and when he arrived he advised the front desk he had platinum and would be paying for her. The girl having my phone number on file, didn’t say the discount didn’t apply to her neither to me or him. They proceeded to do her nails and then wanted to charge full price. The money isn’t the issue because Joy gets always a wonderful tip, the problem is the principal in them trying to overcharge like if they (the front desk) were benefiting. I hope the owner reads this because she needs to know how unkind the front desk is AlWAYS. I spoke to the front desk girl while my husband was there and she said “your husband didn’t leave his cell to advise there was no discount” like if she hadn’t been texting me the whole time. She did have my number to text me there was no discount AFTER her nails were done which she could’ve notified anytime prior. How convenient. Aside from having to walk in the heat to get to this salon and dealing with the attitude of the front desk, paying parking,
it’s not a good experience. Joy is always amazing and happy but the attitudes against customers from the front desk is just unpleasant and unnecessary and makes clients feel uncomfortable. I won’t be going back based on pure principal.

Very friendly and helpful team at Essa Beauty. I have been visiting Nico for facials for a few treatments now, and she is fantastic. Lovely person through and through and just does a great job with my sensitive skin. Next to try is the ombre nails!

Absolutely love Essa! They are great in all of their services especially the waxing and facials, they are the best in Dubai and their prices are reasonable. My fav therapist is Rachel, she’s a lovely lady, easy to talk and is very dedicated and makes sure the work is done fast and efficiently. Have been going for years and always recommend them to everyone!

Janet is absolutely fantastic, the best eyelash technician in Dubai. I never hesitate to recommend her. My lashes are full & bushy & do not start to fall out until about 4 weeks so excellent job all round!

I had a facial treatment with Nico and It was amazing. She was really knowledgeable, she is very professional and was jeeping me informed with all the products. My skin felt nice after the treatment and I will definitely be booking a regular visit.
