Warning, after seeing the video, I placed an order but still haven’t received it, no response from the company but after checking the Trustpilot reviews, really wish I hadn’t. Seems I’m not the first to suffer with their poor service. Scam? Certainly feels like it

EP are amazing with their products, services, quality and incredible special gift ideas! It was my very first time dealing with them and i got Adnan to assist me and he did so on an exquisite level to be honest! So so so satisfied and definitely reccomend. I am definitely becoming a regular customer.

I have made an online order for 5 items and I got really disappointed for the following reasons:

- Although I got confirmation email for my order, I have received a phone call stating that some of the items are not available.

- The company kept pushing me to select from "available products", so be aware of false information in the website.

- Despite agreeing on the "available products", as I got the phone call one day before the delivery date, I haven't received my order on the agreed timing!

I have sent them an email requesting full refund and I will update my review accordingly.
(Order # EPI2077) for a total amount of AED 2261.

The business owner reached out for resolution and refunded me. Its seems like they had an issue with the courier company. I think they deserve a second chance.
