On 21 May 2022 there was a water pipe breakage and huge leak in front of my house. Upon reporting to the officer who attended my call to 991, the service team arrived within 15 mins at site and fixed the leak.

That was an incredible and super quick response and I wholeheartedly thank and appreciate ETIHAD WATER AND ELECTRICITY organization for their diligent service and efforts to preserve water and avoid wastages.

Water is the source of all life and one of the most important part of our ecosystem, let’s use it wisely and together preserve it for us and for future generations!

Worst online service . For payment it’s working well and good , for move out the web is not at all working

I don’t usually write reviews but this forced me do it. As my line got disconnected due to some payment issues but after the payment i was said that it will take maximum 2 hours to be reconnected but to be honest its been more than 4 hours there’s no technician available for reconnection. Very bad service.
