Worst ever customer service I've encountered in the whole Dubai. No automated queue system, no one wants to attend to new walk in customers, they'll just play volleyball to another staff to wait in line. Everyone face whenever I talk to any of them is like I owe them money. Absolutely terrible service.

I was a little confused after taking a ticket as to what to do. You're expected to just wait around until one of the clerks walking around the store calls your name, a new concept to me and something I believe the person giving out tickets should mention. Nonetheless, the person who helped me was nice and the process of getting a tourist chip was quick.

Worse ever. Small packed, smelly.. It's like a fish market . They call your number. Long queues. No customer care at all. Staff needs proper training. I mean you in Mall of Emirates get some standard. Red red over head . Lol.

1st, I went to Du, waited around 35 min and the agent told me I can not buy a prepaid Sim of my preferred no. And it's only for postpaid customers. I told him that this option is showing in their Du app, but he said it's a 3rd party app, really ! THE OFFICIAL DU APP is 3rd Party.
So, I left for Etisalat and walla...... they are so customer friendly, within 3 min, gave me the big screen to check my preferred no. availability, and I found it. I would like to thank Ms. Cherri the customer care representative at Etisalat MOE.

Extremely poor service at all. The staff was full of a bad attitude, doesn’t know to assist and can’t handle a good customer service.

Worst customer service. I've been a long time post paid plan customer of Etisalat and this is the first time that a customer service doesn't know anything about the ongoing promos and just told me to call thw hotline number of Etisalat. Not willing to assist my queries. Bad experience dealing with 2 employees in this branch. Other Etisalat branch they will assist you and will suggest the best plan. Star rate should be lower than 1.

Very slow, not attentive,don't feel like I matter don't recommended these services, DUstaff is better, choose DU they will look after you !
