One star is generous.. Booked in a fire risk assessment with this company. Called twice to find out what time the assessor was attending my company, no time given. Was told the assessor would contact me and when I asked for their number, I was not given one.

Waited at the office until 5pm - no show at all and no courtesy call was made to say the risk assessor was not coming. Would not use this company again.

I would highly recommend Staines Fire Safety Services. As a person not 100% clear of what is required for a small business in terms of meeting safety standards i found Gemma to be fantastic, very friendly and professional. A very friendly and professional service, Gary and Gemma were great. We booked a fire risk assessment. Communication was very good and the assessment was conducted very efficiently with the final report sent in just a couple of days. Also, the space they came to assess was smaller than they had anticipated so they lowered their initial quote to reflect this which was much appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend.

A very friendly and professional service, Gary and Gemma were great. We booked a fire risk assessment and they were able to come out within a day! Communication was very good and the assessment was conducted very efficiently with the final report was sent after 24h. Highly recommended!

I was concerned about the adjoining party wall and the porch area that my neighbour had carried out works on. When tapping on the wall it sounded hollow this rang alarm bells I was very concerned for the safety of my family. I contacted Staines Safety Services spoke to Gary explaining the situation he immediately came out and carried out a Fire Risk Assessment. The findings confirmed that this was a fire hazard waiting to happen. I'm so grateful to Gary the Council is now taking this seriously and will now carryout an inspection on the properties.
Gary is amazing he will go over and beyond to help and he is still helping me. Gary's expertise and knowledge in this field is invaluable. I highly recommended this company and Gary
