Looking through the reviews below, I am incredibly disappointed to read so many that do not accurately reflect the products and services at Molton Brown, Windsor. I have been a regular customer for many years and I have not once experienced what was mentioned below. The staff and managers are all highly professional, friendly and helpful; not once have I felt unwelcome in this store.

Visiting Molton Brown has always been a high point in my visits to Windsor. If not to stock up on more of their products, then to enjoy friendly conversation over any new upcoming fragrances with the manager. I cannot recommend Molton Brown in Windsor more; they deserve five stars out of five!

Love the brand, but customer service is nowhere close to the brand quality. We were visiting Windsor and I was pleasantly surprised to see Molton Brown store at the train station shopping center. I was looking for specific product and the girl that was there today had no idea what I was talking about. She offer me something very different, then send me a way. I found the picture of the product and came back, she look at me and with silly atetude and told me that this is online product only. If I knew I would never spend time to go to the store even though in this case was on my way.

Visited the Molton Brown Shop in Windsor ... amazing service by all had the most amazing fragrance consultation. The staff were really friendly and helpful and did their upmost to make myself and my partners experience one to remember. We love the brand, we loved the shop and the staff were amazing.

The behaviour of staff especially the manager is unprofessional the staff are a reflection of the manger. I can truely say I have never met such a obnoxious, unprofessional manager in the Royal Borough of Windsor .The manger is poorly trained and lack knowledge and skills to perform various tasks the way she speak to staff member is unacceptable. The manager is not suitable to respresent such a prestige brand I cannot comprehend the risk they are taking on their sales and brand name by Recruting such staff . Do not go to this store if you want the best of service and experience.

I love this shop. Always has what i need. Good quality products and exceptional customer service which keeps me coming back. There's soo much to choose from that sometimes i get confused but the staff are always there to help me pick out what i need. If only more shops in windsor could have such friendly and warm staff. ????
