Been a happy customer since my neighbor recommended this shop. The Monelo cat food is a hit with our babies. The kibble size is perfect, and the high-quality ingredients keep my cat healthy. Great packaging and value for money and Optima Plus Lavender Litter clumps very well, controls odors, and the lavender scent is refreshing. Dust-free and long-lasting, it keeps the litter box clean and my babies happy. Highly recommended.

PS. They deliver in a timely manner as well and it’s free!

Very helpful and lovely lady (Ms. Ola) at the counter was very accommodating. Showed me all their products that they distribute and answered all my questions about delivery to other Emirates. Plenty of stock!

I just started ordering food for my cats from Excellent Oasis and I am very happy with the service provided. Ordering is very convenient by WhatsApp and it is next day delivery. Also prices are much lower and great offers. Before I used to order same products through Amazon or buy directly at retail store, but now I am very happy getting it cheaper and delivered to my door step.
My cats love Princess brand wet food, which is rarely available at only one retail store in Dubai. Now I don't have to drive and search for this brand anymore. I also buy Monello dry food to feed stray cats and it is available in 15 kg packaging - which is again hard to find anywhere else.

My cat is a picky eater . He used to eat a certain brand and a flavor. He always having hairball problem . Vomiting inside house. After I try monello , This is the best brand that my cat really loved.also he loved all the flavors available in monello brand .
my furry cutie doesnt leave any leftovers, he enjoy chewing this one.
I'll buy again soon

Very good service and friendly and good quality of cat food and fair price as well.I always order 7kg of Monello cat food every month to feed the stray cats.Thank you so much for sending me sample pack as gift as well.I will always be regular customer.
