Good location, nearby many malls, shops, restaurants, and just 10 minutes drive to the airport. Hotel has a free car parking, pool, and a small gym (suited for just 2 people). Breakfast needs improvement, no olives, no fruits available. I stayed at 5th floor, which is a non-smoking floor, no cigarette smell at all. Towels were old, but clean.

The manager Mrs. Khaled is a very friendly and polite person!! Staff, it's amazing and breakfast, it's good.
Gym, so small, but, it's okay.
It's a hotel with an old architecture, but the best thing is that it is in the center, close to the metro, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and restaurants. An area that has affordable prices.

It is not worth the money. For most part the staff is rude. Going over the reviews, I agree with most of the points listed under the negative ratings, as will many of the people who have, unfortunately, stayed here!!

Due to a rescheduled flight, I had to book for my family, wife and three kids, early in the morning on Agoda. Even though we enquired with the receptionist twice that we would check in early and check out before evening the same day, they took advantage of my situation and charged us an additional fee for early check-in on arriving! The receptionist was inconsiderate, doesn't even listen to us and tries to charge you extra money as possible! We stayed in several hotels in Dubai and this was by far the worst.
Even if the stay was only a few hours, it was unpleasant; no hospitality, no proper response to the guests. They did not provide us the room we had reserved! The room was smelly (from cigarette smoke) and not spacious. The female receptionist needs some serious training in dealing with guests!; had called four times to obtain a bottle of water! Certainly, definitely, not a place to stay with family or friends!

From check in to check out I had no problems. Breakfast was good. Using the gym and the pool helped me to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The concierge and security staff were easy to talk with. Only downfall was the noise made by the other guests in the early hours of the morning. The metro was a 5min walk and was easy to get to a lot of places. A weekly metro card was 135 aed for the week.

Location excellent, everything you need are nearby you. Restaurants , metro , taxi station , souq. Also hotel provided free car parking. Room clean not as what expected. I used to stay in tgis hotel in previous years but this year i feel furniture became old. But staff are helpful and responsive.

I will rate this hotel 3 star not 4 star for couple of reasons :
1.The breakfast menu was missing bakery items for example crossaints , hot cross buns and apple pies etc and the cuttlery was also missing at times.
2.The reception service was very ordinary for example the reception declined my request to book the taxi to the airport.Also on the day of the checked out the porter didn't turn up to collect the luggage though I requested twice at the reception and ultimately I had to drag the luggage myself to to the lift.

Very bad experience we booked a hotel from a website name Rehlat
We booked for 2 guest but in booking showing 1 guest only it’s was there mistake
And we told hotel to add guest they charged us 100 dhs
For adding guest didn’t given us any slip for adding guest

As we are in India they don’t take any charge for adding guest !!
Very bad experience in hotel and this Rehlat app
