I give 1 star to the lady who has to take calls from unhappy customers !, but a shame that the message I received stating that an attempt to deliver my parcel had been made today , when it clearly hadn’t, and that a card was left, which is also untrue, so shame on the invisible driver with an obvious lie. I could collect my parcel from the local sorting office, if the driver can’t be bothered !!!

It's the best monopoly mail provider in Crediton. Seriously, I wouldn't want to change them. I don't think any private sector outfit could provide personnel of the calibre of Terry, our postman for years.
