Great nicely constructed residential area, with huge green park and few meters away metro station

A well maintained and designed apartment. They do house keeping everyday. There are enough space with all sophisticated kitchen and other equipment. Metro station is just a few step away. The staff is very helpful, polite, friendly. There is a swimming pool and kids play area too. There is a supermarket and a restaurant in the other apartment block.

We had a wonderful stay at expo city residence 1. The staff were very welcoming and professional

Super convenient to have the metro right next door to get downtown Dubai

The apartments are clean and spacious

Excellent service from reception to cleaning to the room itself. Has all the facilities like the pool, gym and very clean. Thank you all staff from cleaning, plumbing, technician to reception. Keep up the good job.

Beautiful place, just next to the expo no need to drive, just take a walk to the expo and also very close to the metro station.
