It is always taking so much time even if it is a five or ten minutes walk from the shop to our building it takes 5hrs, and worst service especially for butchlery.

Not accepting card payments for less than 5 dirham. If the customer doesn't have cash, not possible to purchase any item if it's really needed. During this covid situation people may not carry cash in hand everytime. There is no notice pasted stating that card accepted for u003e5 dirhams only. I felt bad after wasting time to purchase an item.Really bad.
