This is a good small store, but I noticed that prices are missing on some products. It would be helpful if all products had clear and visible price tags to make shopping easier for customers.

The staff don't know how to talked with customer complaint ,i think the management should do some actions about complaint ,staff are cheated ,i order water 6 bottles in 1 pocket that's 6 ead but they deliver 10.50 ,then the staff who replied my message in whats app was very rude ,Her name is Olivia Villaflor ,you have to talked with this girl ,trained her about customer complaint ,how she will handle .very disappointed experienced .

Fair Trade Supermarket located on the ground floor front side of The Apartments. Close to the Dubai World Trade Center. Good variety available. However unlike some of the other supermarkets this is not open twenty four hours. Prices also appear to be on the higher side. Maybe due to the better quality. Caters to the customer/ guests in The Apartments and others in the vicinity. Also very close to the metri station.

Good prices, lots of goods of all kinds, but what disappointed me is, that there are nearly no Arab Emirates products in this store.. I wanted to buy some sweets or something typical and local, instead of that this store has the very same products as in "my" Europe..
