We have had a great experience with our long term rental thanks to Ibrahim who helped us throughout the process. It was very straightforward and was able to answer any questions and resolve any concerns we had.
Also the team at our apartment complex are very welcoming and helpful, so far we had a great experience with fam living.

The place is absolutely stunning, the apartment is very comfortable and large, and the view is beautiful. Most importantly, the place is very clean. I book every year in this wonderful place because it makes me feel at home and behind this feeling there are nice staff who love to help and make sure that you are comfortable all the time ( Bernard Fernandes & Abdulrahman) . Thank you guys for always making our stay special.

Great place to spend your holiday. The communication was great and specially dealing with Reine, he’s so professional and supportive. Only one comment that as advice for Famliving: to do a maintenance for the kitchen and toilets. Over all everything went well and nice experience

It was amazing time I spent it on FAM building 2, the apartment was clean and wide and enough for big families.
Easy to communicate with the stuff, Mr. Bernard who was the one who take care of us, always communicated if we need any assist, soft access and soft check out, he was amazing and helpful guy. He helped us alot
If I will again into Dubai, immediately I will book again with FAM

Pretty bad experience for me, the view of the apartment didn’t look like the pictures on booking (pictures that they removed after I told them). Cleaning wasn’t done properly when I arrived I still had hairs in the bathroom, dirty cushions on my bed and brown stain on the curtains (don’t wanna know what it is). I also had a water leakage in the bathroom, someone came and shut the hot water and I didn’t have hot water for my last 2 showers. I’ve wasted my holiday time waiting for the maintenance guy to fix it as it is not a hotel and he can’t enter the apartment without someone inside… After the first night I really wanted to cancel the 2 following nights. Despite the bad experience I had on arrival they were not willing to refund so I’ve told them it would be better for me to refund me than having a very bad review from me. They then threatened me saying I was blackmailing them and it’s forbidden by UAE laws, which I was not doing, I was actually giving them a commercial advice.
I definitely don’t recommend going there. There are far better options in the area.

I stayed at Sarai Apartments by Fäm Lving in Palm Jumeirah. It was one of the best stays in my life. The 1 bedroom is apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with the most modern household appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, big refrigerator with big freezer, hair dryer, and a large modern TV with Smart TV functionality.
In addition to that, the Sarai Apartments place is quiet and is perfect for tranquil vacation experience. The view from the apartment is an eye candy (the sea, Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa can be seen from the balcony), and beautiful birds singing is a great soundtrack of the stay at Sarai Apartments by Fäm living. The private beach is a couple of steps from the building, Dubai Marina and Atlantis the Palm can be seen from the beach. And the sunsets on the beach are to die for.
The nearest public transport is near Atlantis the Palm which is 30 mins walk from the place, or 3-5 minutes by taxi (costs 12 AED). Food delivery by Talabat or Deliveroo is quick and convenient. The manager of fäm Living Sarai Apartments mr. Sufian is hospitable and customer oriented: he responds quickly on WhatsApp and can come quickly if you need any help. Mr. Sufian organized our checkin and checkout very smoothly and hassle free.
I hope I will have a chance to stay at Sarai Apartments by fäm Living once more.
