Disgusting my residence is 50m near by the market I ordered bcs not in a good health. Receptionist said it will deliver with in 10min still they did not deliver in 1and half hour. Disgusting!!! ????????????

Very unprofessional phone etiquette... last night I called them to order water. As I was having my dinner and suddenly noticed that there is no water in my room... I called this supermarket the person who answered my call was very rude and when I told him that I'm having my dinner and have no water, And requested him to deliver it ASAP. But this person over the phone dint bother to understand the priority. Instead he said it will take us more than 1hr to deliver. When I explained him again the situation he replied, We cannot do anything if you don't have water, If you want the water to be delivered soon. Please wait for more than 1hr.

Their service and the delivery guy speaks rudely...when told him that you charged too much on the machine...

I ordered brown bread but got white bread when spoke to the person who took the phone he is blaming me stating that I have not spoken clearly when I told him, I said clearly brown bread, he says you did not say and he says next time when I call speak clearly.. I told him next time when people call hear clearly.. and when the delivery guy comes he punched more amount on the swipe machine, when I told him that the amount is wrong he say " haan teek hai na Kya hai " when I honestly did not speak rudely but only corrected him.

They are running a business and need to understand the needs and requirements of the customer. I understand they may be tired and having a bad day but they need to be polite in serving their customers. Some groceries like these don't bother as they know nothing will happen to them and they keep repeating the same no matter what. Our good UAE government should see all this. There are so many people in their reviews that are not satisfied but they (families) still continue to behave rude with their customers as if they own this place.

For the love of god please do not order from here.They delivered my order 1.5 hours after I placed the order.Had to call them thrice to see what’s going on and guess what after an hour of placing the order when I called them to check what’s going on they are telling me that ice flavor that I was looking for is not available!Imagine after one hour!!!! And that too when I made a follow up. Very poor customer service!!!
