Finally found the costume my daughter needed , searched many costume shop but couldn't find the model ... A happy customer and very budget friendly pricing .

Very good in term of prices. But difficult to find. You have to go to another building behind the main one to get. Ask the security they will assist they very nice.

What a great service from Stelian at Hex Cars, so professional from a phone call, confirmed emails and texts for both trips from and back from Bristol Airport. Stelian was 10 minutes early, perfectly clean taxi and even asked what music we would like to listen to. When we landed I had a call saying he was 5 minutes away and he was outside when we came through with our luggage. Highly recommend Hex Cars to anyone.

Confirmed a booking based on a quote. Had chase as hadn’t heard back for a few weeks. Eventually Stelian got in touch to cancel the booking due to ‘ due to high demand and bookings made in the meantime’. It’s 5 weeks until our wedding and we are now without transport. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service and great value. The dispatcher was very helpful. The driver arrived promptly at 3 am to bring us to the airport. He was very courteous and even helped us with our bags. The vehicle looked new and very clean inside and out. Highly recommended. Will call on them again.

Very polite man on the end of the phone but he quoted £45 for a journey of a mile and a half mid week at lunchtime! This was within the city boundary. The reason? My fellow passenger was my small cocker spaniel. Why advertise as dog friendly when you are penalising customers so severely???

100% recommended excellent customer service.Gave me so much confidence with regular email updates and telephone texts and a call in the morning. Driver also arrived a little earlier just to make sure I was not late. Very good service. I will be using this company going forward for all my airport transfer. Thank you!

The driver arrived on time. He drove calmly and safely. He was helpful with instructions on how to adjust the straps on the car seat. When we got to the Birmingham airport I noticed that the trolleys required a £1 coin to access them. I had no change, but the driver did. He got out and got me a trolley which was very much appreciated because I had many pieces of luggage and a small child to manage.
