Everything is great except for the waiting time. I pass by everyday i always call prior. And still sometimes i have to wait 10 - 20 mins. So they’re probably under staffed.

The best coffee in Khawaneej. They have a great chocolaty beans. Drive thru is the best way to get your coffee, call them before you reach to avoid the traffic.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Dubai! Everything within the menu is good, whether it’s breakfast, dessert or coffee. The staff are always friendly too.

It takes me half hour to drive from my home, the area is under development and the nearby roundabout is under construction, but the cafeteria is really good. Although it is a small place, but the indoor design is nice and the coffee is good. I think it's a hidde gem worth a visit.

Love the new matcha milkshake and latte! I also want to say the tart berry smoothie is so refreshing and good. Sometimes I get it no that well blended though. I really recommend it but the service was a bit rocky even if the employees were really nice. This was my go to coffee shop in Al khawaneej when I visit. Though I would recommend coming to more popular and easy to reach places like Albarsha or jumerah.

I compared piccolo.
Same price 20 AED.
Farmers almost no acidity XO little acidity.
Both same heat you can drink it directly.
Fast service for both.
Friendly staff for both as well.

So the only different is your taste.

Organic honey caramel latte u003d i love it.

Tart berry smoothie u003d taste so healthy and fresh.

Because it's all healthy and Organic i make it 5 star as my favorite coffee shop .

One of the best matcha places in the UAE. Their matcha is top notch and their service is amazing, unlike many matcha serving coffee shops. Worth giving it a try.
