Second time I’ve called to book a taxi well in advance and it’s been late. Today it was by 10 minutes so I was late for an appointment. Time before taxi just didn’t turn up and I missed a train. Unapologetic, unprofessional and not a good way to run a business. I’ll go elsewhere cheers.

Booked a taxi for xmas day in the morning and waited past the time it was due to turn up. Phoned up to check where it was and was told there was no booking in the system and nothing they could do about it. Left with no transport home.
