The elderly lady who deals with the van hires just seems rude. She didn’t look like she cared much and it didn’t feel great having to deal with her. Will go elsewhere next time

I have been a regular customer for nearly 20 years now and have never had reason to complain, quite the opposite in fact. They have always put themselves out including out of hours help.
