Staff and reception normally lovely, I have also had someone in reception abrupt and rude to be frank a few months ago.. understaffed, I understand etc but shouldn’t affect professionalism. Other than that the staff do a great job. No doctors tho!!
Recently tho, I needed to speak to a doctor, someone that had prior knowledge of my medical history, like I used to get, to speak to someone local.
Instead, I got a stand in doctor phoning from kirkcaldy, who instead of talking to me, just went through my file, said he’d help n contact another person who’d be in contact, or too phone the practice on Monday, which I did, but practice hadn’t received anything. The star is for the staff/nurses there that are great. But there hasn’t been a gp in a long time.. and that’s needed, someone you know, or someone that you can speak to face to face. My last practice, I had just that. I may have needed to wait an extra few days but you knew the doctors and nurses etc. something needs done! As a medical practice, it’s terrible. NHS FIFE letting the people of Kinghorn down. Feels sorry for the staff having to deal with it.

Never a doctor available when you need and when they are it’s a locum 99% of the time. Nurse Practitioners doing an amazing job holding it together but the NHS Fife are letting the entire village down

4 weeks been told phone in morning we don’t have a doctor in ???????? wow took days off my work to get a appointment absolute joke of a doctors , must be only doctors to just have a receptionist and nothing else madness !

Ah love visiting here to get medical advice. Been doing it since September 14 1995.Always feel helped and well looked after when I leave. ????
